PAYMENT POLICY
For projects under $100, we require full payment up front and a complete refund is available. We will offer to rewrite any work until you are happy, as we do prefer this approach to a refund.
On projects $100 and over, we require a 50% up front fee (this is non-refundable due to time and effort put into each and every project) and 50% upon completion.
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your finished result, we will rewrite it until you are over the moon with it. You will need to let us know, detailed changes you required amended within five working days. This is due to our tight schedule – we squeeze a lot in 
The only risk you face is the (nice) stress of what to do with all the profits that your newly well written volume may well bring in!
This policy gives you the chance to test us out, before hiring us to complete a bigger project for you.

When you let us know you wish to proceed with the project, we will send you an invoice via Paypal.
We will give you an estimate on how long your project will take us, this will depend on our workload, but we strive to complete all projects (depending on size, of course) within 2 weeks upon initial payment.

We expect you to provide us with clear instructions on exactly what your project requires. If you just have an idea that is fine, we will come up with a plan and get back to you before we start writing, but you must tell us as much as you can. , like number of words, keywords, suggested titles, etc.
